COP 2023 April Meeting Member Registration

Meeting Topics

Training Tuesday: Calling all trainers!! The meeting will kick off at 8:00AM CT and will emphasize TRAINING with project updates and discussions on new training methods, crew resource management, digital twin fact finding, and an anecdote circle activity.

Working Wednesday: Guest speaker, Stephen J. Guastello, Ph.D, of Marquette University will kick off Wednesday at 8:00AM CT to discuss safety culture and an alternative to the Swiss cheese model.  Project updates will follow, and the afternoon will be spent working – brainstorming the future operator role and new COP projects. 

Thursday: Thursday is the COP member meeting and includes financials, current project recap, and member business.
